1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BockOnSoft Roadside Location Pilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BockOnSoft Roadside Location Pilot is a roadside assistance coordination platform that enables companies to send secure location-sharing links to stranded drivers, dispatch field technicians, and manage service requests in real time.

3. Accounts and Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• Each tenant account is responsible for all activity performed under that account.
• You may not share your account or credentials with unauthorized parties.

4. SMS Communications

By providing a phone number on the platform — whether as an operator, technician, or end customer — you consent to receive transactional SMS messages related to the roadside assistance service. These include:

• A one-time secure location-sharing link sent to drivers requesting assistance.
• Job assignment and cancellation notifications sent to field technicians.

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.

4a. Subscriber SMS Consent Responsibility

The Subscriber (the company or individual operating a tenant account on BockOnSoft Roadside Location Pilot) is solely responsible for obtaining express prior consent from any end user (customer or driver) before initiating SMS communications to that user through the Platform.

Before sending a location-sharing link via SMS, operators must confirm that the end user has verbally or otherwise expressly authorized receipt of SMS messages from the Subscriber's roadside assistance service. This confirmation is recorded in the platform at the time of request creation.

BockOnSoft Roadside Location Pilot is not liable for any violation of applicable telecommunications laws (including but not limited to the TCPA, CTIA guidelines, or carrier A2P messaging requirements) resulting from the Subscriber's failure to obtain proper consent. The Subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold BockOnSoft harmless from any claims, fines, or penalties arising from unauthorized SMS messaging conducted through the Platform.

5. Subscription and Billing

• Access to full platform features requires an active paid subscription, processed through Stripe.
• Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan and billing cycle.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable prior notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Send unsolicited or spam messages through the platform's SMS features.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to collect or store personal data beyond what is required for roadside assistance coordination.

7. Limitation of Liability

BockOnSoft Roadside Location Pilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to delays in emergency response or GPS inaccuracies.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
