1. About BockOnSoft Roadside Location Pilot

BockOnSoft Roadside Location Pilot ("we", "our", or "us") is a roadside assistance coordination platform operated by Roberto Bock. We provide software tools that allow roadside assistance companies to dispatch technicians and coordinate service for stranded drivers.

2. Information We Collect

• Operators and technicians: name, email address, phone number, and role within their organization, provided during account registration or invitation.
• End customers (drivers): phone number provided by the dispatching company, and GPS location data submitted voluntarily via a one-time secure link.
• Usage data: service request records, message logs, and status updates generated during platform use.
• Billing data: subscription plan and payment information processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers directly.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the BockOnSoft Roadside Location Pilot platform.
• To send SMS or WhatsApp messages: a one-time location-sharing link to drivers, and job assignment notifications to technicians.
• To process subscription payments through Stripe.
• To display location data on maps for dispatching purposes.
• To maintain service request records and activity logs for the operating company.

4. SMS Communications

We use Twilio to send transactional SMS messages. These messages are strictly service-related and include:

• A one-time secure link sent to a customer to share their GPS location when requesting roadside assistance.
• Job assignment and cancellation notifications sent to field technicians.

Message and data rates may apply. To opt out of SMS notifications, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP.

5. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share data only with the following service providers as necessary to operate the platform:

• Twilio — SMS and WhatsApp message delivery.
• Stripe — Payment processing and subscription management.
• Neon / PostgreSQL — Secure database hosting.
• Vercel — Application hosting and deployment.
• Pusher — Real-time event delivery within the platform.

6. Data Retention

Location data submitted by drivers is retained for the duration of the service request and may be kept for auditing purposes. Account data is retained for as long as the account is active. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, HTTP-only cookies with JWT authentication, and tenant-level data isolation to protect your information. Location links are single-use tokens accessible only by the intended recipient.

8. Children's Privacy

BockOnSoft Roadside Location Pilot is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date above.
